While I am on the topic of today’s fashion, let me ask you this.  What happened to the existence of underwire in bathing suits?  I have yet to find a suit, even a 1 piece with some support.  Don’t these designers know that not all of us have perky little A cups?  I am all for the halter top trend but come on! Give us a little LIFT here will you?  I’m so glad Kate Moss has her pick of any bathing suit on the market.  But some of us need to go to swimming lessons with our kids and not look like a cheap whore with sagging boobs.

Victoria’s Secret sells underwire bathing suits! I bought one there 2 years ago, and while it was definitely NOT cheap, it is the best fitting bathing suit I’ve had in a long time.

Hey now, just as I perfected the fine art of looking like a cheap whore, you go and knock it!

I’m still wearing an exercize tank (looks like bathing suit material) and board shorts in the pool because I cannot. bring. myself. to deal with the suit trying-on post-children.

I agree with Geeky...as much as it pains me...Victoria’s Secret is the way to go.  They even have bottoms with *gasp* fuller coverage! Imagine!

I guess most of the bathing suit industry doesn’t want us to wear them. After trying on a few last week… I understand the feeling.

It’s so much easier for guys.  You buy a set of boxer-style swim trunks for $20 and don’t look back.  Takes 1 minute.

Not that this helps your situation.

Lands End also sells swimsuits with underwire support.

Deltus’ comment is why I keep telling everyone that life would be easier if I was born with junk.

My sister sent me over to your blog to read the previous post. I read this one and IMed back to her “Kathy stole that post out of my head!” in regards to this one.

LOL my captcha is “before26”.

Amen to this post.

I’m with gc, though - Lands End has wire, baby!

As a side note - any victoria’ secret bathing suit I’ve purchased with underwire?  The underwire popped out after a few uses - - good thing I’m all natural, else I may have popped!

...just coming back to make sure I said “popped” and not “pooped” - whew, I did. Ok - carryon

deltus is looking at the positive for guys. the negative is that some of us need a little support too ... nobody wants to see our sagging boobs.
