Sometimes, gallon jug wine with a screw cap suits me just fine. Sometimes, anything will do. Like today. *guzzles Carlo Rossi* But I did want to share a recipe sent to me.. as anyone who regularly visits me here might know that I am a sucker for a Bellini...in any form. Sent to me by Kathleen, the Bellini Tini:
Ingredients:
2 shots Absolut Vodka
1/4 shot Peach Schnapps
1/4 shot Chambord
1/2 shot white peach puree
Top with champagne
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of peach (I bet mint would work here too). Drink, repeatedly. Thanks Kathleen! I shall be drinking many of these over the course of the week I suspect.
*Note: Yes this is a cop-out today but ... I drove 12 hours yesterday, in a car with a 2 year old and 2 dogs. I need a cop-out day.

Cocktail: Cabernet Sauvignon; gallons of it.
Yum… I’m going to get all the ingredients today and make them tonight. We’re off until next Monday, starting at around 4:00PM today! WOO! ::burps on your blog::

Good choice on the “cop out.” I LOVE Bellini Tinis, and hate paying $9 a glass for them at the local place that serves them. Now how the hell can I find me some white peach puree...?

It’s not a cop-out day. You’re clearly drunk. It’s a drunk day. Yay for drunk blogging!
(Excuse this comment. I’m drunk.)

oh my, I love Carlo Rossie jug wine. hahaha. If it’s just me drinking it at my house, that’s what I usually buy.
