Thank you everyone who sent their condolences. Losing a friend is never easy… it’s been a rough few days. But I am home and happy to be back with my cheerful toddler. However, coming home to find a copy of this waiting has totally cheered me up! The book, it is real and here it is. A real life bound and printed copy of our very first book. Right here in my hands. I totally sniffed it too.
I have yet to see it in an actual store yet. Apparently it will be appearing in a Border‘s near you soon. I might have to stalk bookstores with my camera and do a whole collage of goofy pictures of me and the book. In the meantime I am carrying it around with me like a newborn. Ahhh new book smell.
Copies are trickling in from Amazon now (mom just got her copy!) so keep your eyes on the mail if you pre-ordered.
